Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship to? We currently ship throughout the United States. Free shipping is included on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
How long does delivery take? Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after being placed. After dispatch, transit takes around 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday). Total delivery time is 6 to 12 business days.
Where do you ship from? All orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in Miami, FL.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on every order across the United States. No minimum purchase, no hidden fees at checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses? We're not able to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.
How do I track my order? Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. To track your order, visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number or email address.
What if my package is lost or damaged? Please contact us right away at support@mercerandlane.com. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and find a solution as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return? Send us an email at support@mercerandlane.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
When will I get my refund? Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.
Do you offer exchanges? The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original order and place a new one once the return is accepted.
Are sale items returnable? Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. Our website uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your information, and we are PCI compliant. We never have access to your full card number — only the last 4 digits, your billing details, and your order information. More details are available in our Payment Policy.
In what currency are prices listed? All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD).
Will I be charged sales tax? Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable US state laws.

Are your products true to size? Yes, our pieces are designed to fit true to size. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
Do you have a physical store? No, Mercer & Lane is an online-only brand at the moment. This allows us to keep our prices fair and focus entirely on the quality of our products.
